Our Skybox team put together a few brunch hosting tips we’d like to share with you. Our article was published in the 2020 Winter Issue of Mingle Magazine.

1.      Prepare all food in advance and serve it in a way that encourages guests to help themselves.

2.      Dress-Up Dip – Prepare a stellar dip, like spinach artichoke dip and serve with grilled bread and colorful crudités, which pair beautifully with a wide selection of wines.

3.      DIY Charcuterie Platter – Arrange tender homemade biscuits on a large platter or board along an assorted meats, cheeses, olives, and pickles. Guests can graze the spread.

4.      Buckets of Wine – Encourage everyone to pour freely by packing two or three open bottles of wine in a large bucket

5.      Cheat Dessert – Showcase the summer fruits, like slices nectarines or peaches. Allow guests to spoon it into their drinks or into a slice of pound cake
