Book Dedication
Today is the day. My book goes public at our party. In all of this time that I’ve been writing, creating ideas, tasting recipes, and focusing on all the details. There’s one person who you won’t see any of their work in the book, nor a picture, nor a word, but who without him, the book would not exist. So on this day, it is dedicated to him.
Albert Y. Lay, when I have these ideas, these crazy ideas, you’re the only one who always says I can do them. You’re the first one I tell because you never hesitate to say, and truly believe, that I can do it. No matter what idea I have or crazy scheme I concoct you tell me that if I put my mind to it, I can do it. My love for you is full and every time you support me that love expands in an already burgeoning heart. Thank you my dear, for standing beside me for all of these years and for believing first, even before me, that I could write this book and see this dream to completion. Let me know when you’re ready for our next adventure…
