Spice up your Space
There are many aspects during an event that people believe could make or break an event. Some include decorative centerpieces, the delicious look of the dessert, and of course… whatever you are wearing. However, there are some features that are just as important, but are sometimes over looked. What do you want guests at your event to say about it afterwards? Hopefully, all great things!!! To make this happen, you need to think from your guest’s point of view; what are they going to be looking at for most of the night!
The Head Table: Most like whatever event you’re hosting, there’ll probably be a head table or stage that is the focal point for your guest to stare at for hours. Dress it up! Make sure it’s decorative and pleasing to the eye. Add color and depending on the event, possibly add rotating gobo lights giving your guest something new to look at with every turn.
The Restroom: Think about it. Every guest has to make a pit-stop at least once. Why not liven it up a bit! Add a toiletries basket that includes mints, tissues, band-aids, and more. Guests will be impressed with how thoughtful you were and how you thought about their needs during your event. Don’t forget to add flower as well. Not only will the fresh flowers mask any odors but also help keep the fun vibe of the party!
The Bar: The bar will most likely be the place guest hit up first, some guest might even camp there all night. This is just another opportunity to make something stand out so that everyone takes notice. Discuss with your bartenders ways to add color and some attraction other than drinks. To do this have lighting designed just for the bars; make already trendy looking bottles that much more stylish.
